What do I need to use these profiles?
Each pack is built for a specific platform. TONEX packs load into IK Multimedia TONEX (the free TONEX CS software, TONEX Pedal, or AmpliTube). Kemper packs load into any Kemper Profiler. Helix packs load into Line 6 Helix family hardware and HX Edit. Every pack states its platform before checkout.
What is the difference between Base and Crown Jewels?
Base packs give you three perfectly curated presets of the amp with matched Cabinet IRs, ready to play. Crown Jewels expand the same amp across a curated wall of classic speakers, roughly ten variations, for players who want the full range of the amp’s voice.
Are the Cabinet IRs usable on their own?
Yes. Every pack ships with its matched Cabinet IRs as standalone files, so you can load them into any IR loader, plugin, or modeler independent of the profiles.
How are my files delivered?
Checkout is handled by our merchant of record. Immediately after purchase you receive a secure download link by email, and your files are available instantly.
What is your refund policy?
All sales of digital products are final due to the nature of digital downloads. If a file is corrupted or you cannot download it, contact support@plantagenetprofiles.com and we will make it right with a replacement copy.
